I have heard that enquiries have been made by certain individuals regarding my personal status with regard to my status of whether I am a member of the ARYA? To what end I don't know.
For a start, if this is true, this must surely be considered to be an invasion of privacy, and furthermore it just demonstrates the gutlessness and lack of moral fibre of the persons concerned making the enquiries via connections.
All these jerks had to do was ask me. My contact points are very public.
But it does raise the question of how secure, and privacy protected, is anybody's personal information, once they become a member of a club.
Seems to me also that any membership registrar would render themselves liable for legal action for divulging information for what must surely be considered private information, if they released that information without permission.
And it just further confirms my suspicions about the entrenched inflexible nature of some of the folks involved with the ARYA. Folks that work in the dark alleyways and lanes rather than in open public places.
If people want to know whether I am a member of anything, JUST ASK ME!
