Hey guys,

Anybody interested in sailing at Cherry Lake or Jack Roper in October or November 2007 please post a message here to let me know your intentions.

I make a committment that if anyone wants to sail on any Saturday in the above mentioned period, I will join you.

Otherwise I guess I will bid the old SMRYS group a fond farewell and end with a thank you to all whom I have sailed with, and argued with, and had an absolute ball with.

This group was also responsible for getting me well and truly hooked onto the radio yachting scene. But perhaps, like all things, at some point, everything outlives its usefullness. Hopefully, SMRYS will continue in one form or another, for I believe this group provides, or did provide, the most unbiased and supportive introduction and ongoing promotion of radio yachting in an almost perfect location.
