RE: Nautic 12 regattas

I know about that enquiry. For he asked me what I thought about you! I said I thought you were honest in your dealings. That the boat looked quite good and it would make somebody a good buy. If indeed you were considering selling it?

Your 2nd question being hypothetical. I would say, hypothetically, they still have to come and talk about it before anything happens. We don't know who these A2 boys are? But I have heard that there mould is up for sale.So Hypothetically this could be anybody??  So hypothetically at the present .... in one word, NO.

Hi all. Just to inform you the Nautic 12 Class association will be holding their State championship , the first of two for 2008.

The 1st one will be on Saturday (Australia day) 26th January, 2008. The Venue will be at Scarborough Park. Visitors and friends of the Nautic12 Association are welcome . Start at 11.00 am. All protest and scores will be sorted out at the Georges River 16 ft club later.

(Note* only Nautic 12s are to be entered)

Further to my previous comment, and just out of curiosity, whilst I fully understand that this is an Nautic12 regatta, might I ask as to what would be your position, if say, hypothetically, some A2 Class, Australia II, sailors wanted to sail with you guys.

Obviously they would not qualify for regatta points, but otherwise, would the N12 folks have a problem with that? ie, would the A2 boys be made welcome, or would they be discouraged?

As the question is hypothetical, I guess an hypothetical response might also be in order, if a response was to be made at all, that is.

Well, you Nautic12 boys really are on the move.

May your regatta be a success. Anything that promotes radio yachting is a positive.

I recently had another enquiry about selling one of my Nautic12's, but I had to tell the potential buyer that neither of my Nautic12's exist in the manufacturing register, so if this person was looking at competing with one of my Nautic12's, that would not be possible as neither of my boats are now recognised as having been built, as I understand it.

More's the pity, you might have had another taker in your January regatta. The enquirer, was by the way, from your own home state of NSW.
