Thank you for providing the update.

It was most certainly true when I last visited both forums', but as you will have noted, I do not visit, or post, on forums' where posts are deleted because moderators' do not agree with the content, even though, no personal attacks have been made. As stated before I consider this approach is totally unacceptable.

I will reconsider posting on the official MM forum again, provided I can be assured that posts made, by anybody, even if they are in conflict with the multitude of moderators' opinions will stay.

However, I will qualify the comments in the above paragraph, in that I personally, have absolutely no respect for some of the moderators on the MM forums', and that may affect my participation. But please be aware, this is my opinion only, and any readers are urged to make up their own minds, based on their own experiences.

Just as an addendum, my personal opinion, and I must reinforce that statement, in that it is only me personal opinion, is that I believe the only persons that should be moderators' are, Malcolm, GBR_Mike, and Steven.

I know it increases their workload, but they seem to be level-headed and they have earned respect.

The above statement is totally incorrect.

No MM site administrators (all named) have any moderator access to the ARYA discussion forum.

I didn't know which other topic to post this in but it is important to me so I have created a new one.

There are, on the official Micro Magic forums', moderators whose impartiality is absolutely and totally, in question, as far as I am concerned.

There is an official Australian Radio Yachting forum, Messageboard, where, as in all forums, people are encouraged to make comments.

Most forums' draw the line where personal attacks and offensive posts are made, those posts being deleted, and rightly so.

But on Messageboard, the official ARYA forum, posts have been deleted, whose contents cannot have even remotely been deemed to have been in the above categories, but have been deleted because the ignorant moderator has simply disagreed with the content. There is no other response to this action, other than it is an act of censorship.

And while moderators on the official ARYA forum are also moderators on the Micro Magic site, I will not have a bar of that disgraceful and totally unacceptable situation.

Should anyone want confirmation of events that have led to my conclusion, please email me at maverick@dldirect.net, and I will be more than happy to provide backup support of my comments.

As you will all appreciate the sensitivity of this, whilst I am able, and happy, to provide this information, I will do so, provided the enquirer provides some identification. This is purely to discourage the gutless inquisitive majority from causing anonymous mischief, and wanting to be a party to something they are not entitled to.
